Role Overview

As an Insights Analyst at Promise, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting complex data to refine our product and implementation strategies, ensuring they serve our customers and clients most effectively. Your analyses will get to the heart of our operations, revealing insights that drive product success, informing business decisions, and setting KPIs to evaluate our performance and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for accuracy and a natural curiosity about the truth that data can uncover.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze data from external sources, creating an information picture that can be integrated and utilized within our products.

  • Examine user interaction with our products to highlight successful features and pinpoint opportunities for improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Uphold rigorous accuracy and clarity in your data evaluations to foster trust and informed decision-making.

  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines that ensure consistent and reliable business rules and data governance.

  • Share analytical insights with team members, facilitating data-driven strategies that align with our mission and customer needs.

  • Independently manage priorities, selecting projects that amplify our impact and support our organizational objectives.

  • Adapt your analysis to align with changing company strategies, playing a key role in crafting a clear and consistent data framework that reflects our evolving business landscape.

  • Produce dependable data analysis that informs strategic planning and holds up to in-depth review from various team viewpoints.

  • Proactively respond to data inquiries, and intuitively address data-related questions in meetings.

What Will Enable You

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, including skills in data visualization and presenting your findings to others.

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools like Python and SQL; familiarity with Looker or similar platforms can be beneficial, ensuring flexible and adept data handling.

  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming techniques and effective use of version control, with a focus on Python applications.

  • A methodical and unbiased approach to your work, characterized by a commitment to honesty and precision in data.

  • Skills in adjusting your communication approach to collaborate effectively with colleagues of diverse technical backgrounds, including customer success, software engineers, and operations teams.

  • The versatility to grow and change with the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
