Role Overview

As the Outreach and Customer Engagement Analyst at Promise, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns that drive customer enrollment in payment plans and facilitate the distribution of relief funds. Your efforts will be instrumental in directly contributing to the company’s revenue goals by enhancing customer engagement and maximizing enrollment in these critical programs. This role is essential to ensuring that our outreach strategies are data-driven, operationally efficient, and seamlessly aligned with our customer experience and product objectives.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to create data-driven outreach campaigns tailored to specific metrics and the unique needs of each government partner and service provider we serve. Your work will ensure that our outreach is targeted, effective, and optimized for maximum impact. We’re looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of balancing creativity with strategic execution, who can pivot quickly based on feedback and data and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and execute data-driven outreach campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement and enrollment. Collaborate closely with CX and TechOps to ensure that outreach efforts are finely tuned and effectively reach the targeted end-user segments.

  • Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns, utilizing data analytics to tailor strategies to specific user segments and improve enrollment outcomes.

  • Lead the setup, optimization, and execution of marketing tools and platforms, ensuring every effort is directly tied to our revenue goals.

  • Work collaboratively with CX, Product, and TechOps teams to ensure outreach efforts are aligned with operational goals and optimized for maximum user engagement.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on outreach campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness and drive user engagement.

  • Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve outreach effectiveness by experimenting with innovative approaches and tools, taking calculated risks and applying learnings from both successes and failures to increase user engagement.

What Will Enable You

  • At least 5 years of experience in outreach, customer engagement, or related roles, or equivalent experience that demonstrates a strong track record of driving user engagement and enrollment.

  • Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and executing outreach campaigns with a focus on operational efficiency and user engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that optimize outreach efforts and drive performance.

  • Resilience and proactive problem-solving, consistently overcoming challenges to keep momentum and progress.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless teamwork and unified marketing efforts.

  • Agility in navigating a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to adapting and maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
