We are looking for a Multi-Location Leader to oversee the operations of multiple Saltbox locations within your region. In this role, you will lead local teams to achieve operational excellence, ensuring consistency across locations, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You’ll empower your teams to solve problems independently while driving key business outcomes like occupancy, member engagement, and financial performance.
Core Functions
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and Develop Location Leaders: Mentor and support location leaders, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Empower them to independently manage their teams and solve challenges.
- Build Strong Teams: Ensure that location leaders have the tools and resources they need to drive success and maintain operational consistency.
Operational Excellence
- Drive Consistency Across Locations: Implement scalable processes that ensure all locations operate efficiently, focusing on occupancy, member experience, and profitability.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure all sites are organized, clean, and running smoothly by overseeing key operations like member services, logistics, and facility management.
Strategic and Financial Oversight
- Align with Company Strategy: Work with location leaders to execute Saltbox’s strategic goals across all locations, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.
- P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, managing expenses and maximizing revenue streams to meet financial targets for each location.
Member Engagement and Support
- Enhance Member Satisfaction: Build relationships with members, addressing their needs and ensuring a high-quality experience. Lead initiatives to boost member engagement and retention.
- Onboard and Support Members: Oversee member onboarding and provide continued support to help members navigate Saltbox’s services and grow their businesses.
Training and Development
- Train and Develop Location Leaders: Design and implement training programs to support the professional growth of location leaders. Focus on developing leadership skills to ensure leaders transition from “doing” to effectively managing others.
- Cross-Functional Solutions: Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges across locations, collaborating with other departments to drive improvements.
*Other Responsibilities: This is a hybrid role overseeing 2 locations. Please note that some further travel may be required.
What You Bring
Operational Leadership: You have 8+ years of experience managing operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-site role. You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently driving operational efficiency and results.
Team Leadership: You excel at leading and developing teams across multiple locations. You inspire accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while empowering leaders to take ownership.
Financial Acumen: You have strong P&L management experience, with a proven ability to optimize revenue and manage expenses to meet financial goals.
Customer-Focused Communication: You are skilled at building relationships with members and teams through clear, effective communication, always maintaining a customer-first attitude.
Strategic Problem-Solving: You excel at resolving operational challenges and identifying scalable solutions that drive performance and member satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: You have a high level of attention to detail and can juggle multiple priorities while ensuring all locations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Hands-On Leadership: You lead by example, stepping in to support daily operations when needed and motivating your team with enthusiasm and engagement.

We understand that each individual brings unique skills and experiences to the table, which is why our salary ranges are tailored to the role, level, and location of the job.
