Plan, coordinate, and oversee product development projects from idea to delivery
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Manage schedules, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality releases
Serve as a bridge between founders, product leads, and distributed engineering teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
Help establish scalable development processes, tools, and documentation
Monitor team progress, identify blockers early, and drive resolutions
Track and report on progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership

Proven experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Manager (startup experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of and practices, and the ability to adapt them to an early-stage environment
Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams
Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
