Design, implement, and maintain testing processes for new and existing features
Create and execute manual test plans while laying the groundwork for automated testing
Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and designers to define acceptance criteria and catch bugs early
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
Establish QA standards, tools, and reporting practices that can scale as the team grows
Advocate for quality and user experience across the product lifecycle

Proven experience in Software QA / Test Engineering, with a proven track record of leading testing strategy for complex systems
Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), and PyTest
Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs
