As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will embark on a structured program designed to build foundational skills and real-world experience. The role begins with a 2-week intensive bootcamp, followed by a 90-day residency where you will apply your training in a professional environment with one of our partner companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in a comprehensive 2-week bootcamp training program to develop core SDR skills.
- Engage in a 90-day residency with an employer partner, performing daily SDR activities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Utilize common SDR tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborate with team members and embrace feedback to continuously improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services
- Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Authorization to work in the United States
