As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll embark on an expertly crafted journey designed to build your foundational skills and hands-on experience. Your adventure begins with an intensive 2-week bootcamp, followed by a 90-day residency where you'll put your training into action within a professional setting alongside one of our valued partner companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Immerse yourself in a comprehensive 2-week bootcamp to master essential SDR skills.
  • Engage in a 90-day residency with an employer partner, actively performing daily SDR tasks.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and cold calling efforts to spark new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and cultivate meaningful relationships with potential customers.
  • Leverage industry-standard SDR tools including CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and embrace feedback to continuously improve performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services
  • Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States
