POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sub Growth Team at Swing Education strives to create a quality onboarding experience for our substitute teacher candidates. The Product Growth Operations Coordinator will contribute to the growth of the Swing Education marketplace by efficiently and accurately processing onboarding documents, identifying and raising problems in day to day operations and presenting ideas for solutions. They will support and streamline the substitute teacher onboarding and engagement operations across assigned regions.

This is a temporary full-time remote position. This is a 4-month assignment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately and efficiently process key documentation during the screening process including tuberculosis tests, credentials, resumes, and background checks

• Assist with training new members of the team and cross-training for support as needed

• Flag consistent problems and pain points with examples to help inform and guide product and process improvements.

• Identify and escalate bugs in the onboarding process to Product and Engineering as needed.

• Help maintain accurate and engaging onboarding materials by reviewing and providing feedback from an operations perspective.

• Where appropriate, find ways to integrate automation through tools like Zapier.

• Help with larger projects and efforts to ensure sub onboarding and activation.

• Work cross-functionally to support onboarding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• Passion for education and supporting educators a plus

• Experience with automation tooling (such as Zapier) a plus
