We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager with a focus on revenue enablement to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and revenue teams to develop comprehensive enablement materials and training programs that help our sales, marketing, and customer success teams understand, articulate, and sell our product effectively. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic product development and customer-facing outcomes, ensuring that the value of our product is communicated clearly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storytelling: Work directly with the product team to craft compelling product stories that resonate with target audiences by translating technical product features and data into relatable, benefits-driven narratives that highlight the product’s value and differentiation. Work closely with the revenue team to integrate these stories into sales pitches and presentations.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear and impactful messaging frameworks that are used consistently across sales, marketing, and product teams. Ensure that the product’s value is communicated through customer-centric stories and use cases that address specific pain points.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and manage the creation of enablement tools (e.g., sales playbooks, battle cards, product one-pagers, segmented campaigns, FAQs, pitch decks, etc.) to empower sales teams to effectively position, sell, and close deals.
  • Pipeline Support: Help build revenue pipeline by gathering research and intelligence on market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. This insight enables the development of targeted cross-channel campaigns, compelling messaging, and test strategies that drive product adoption and pipeline growth.
  • RFP Support: Collaborate with sales, product, and legal teams to develop clear, strategic, and compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that proposals are tailored to the specific needs of prospects while aligning with our product’s strengths and value proposition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product positioning, campaign strategies, and storytelling techniques that reflect the product’s evolution and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or related experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. EdTech experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Sales Enablement Expertise: Proven experience developing high-impact enablement content and programs that have demonstrably improved revenue & effectiveness of go-to-market activities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex product information into digestible, actionable insights for sales teams.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of buyer personas, customer pain points, and industry trends with a knack for leveraging this information to create compelling stories.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
