About the job

This position on the Twilio Segment Integrated Campaign team is responsible for owning, developing and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and generate cross sell opportunities for the Marketing Campaigns product. This role is highly cross functional, working closely with both internal marketing partners, and sales leadership to design end-to-end campaigns that deliver on business objectives. You have a proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, collaborating with stakeholders and finding opportunities to strategically uplevel marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is skilled in understanding the buyer journey at each stage of the funnel, has the ability to translate messaging frameworks into effective campaigns and thrives in a collaborative environment. You recognize the value of running an integrated campaign motion, and have the ability to think both strategically and execute at an operational level with ease. Your performance will be measured by your ability to execute and achieve measurable results including building a net-new pipeline, developing upsell and cross-sell campaigns and influencing expansion revenue.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and execute strategic end-to-end campaigns that both engage and convert prospective buyers with a focus on specific buyer and vertical segments
  • Partner with product marketing on campaign themes and messaging that translate into impactful marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance, surface insights and provide recommendations for optimizing results
  • Build strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders across GTM organization to ensure campaign enablement and engagement
  • Develop scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks that can be scaled regionally
  • Track program results, measure program success and report metrics to customer success, sales and marketing stakeholders and executives
  • Guide the creation of content alongside our Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering, Product teams including delivery format and distribution plan that support demand gen, product upsell, cross-sell efforts
  • Develop outbound campaigns that complement inbound campaign strategy

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing strategic B2B demand generation programs that drive business impact
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage including Product Led Growth (PLG) funnel
  • Demonstrated experience working in, with, and across key marketing functions to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ops, etc.
  • Ability to establish credibility upwards and cross-functionally to drive collaboration decision making
  • Expert understanding of partnering with sales and customer success to create, refine, and measure campaign success
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind
  • Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, sales processes and stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration on strategy and guide timely delivery of associated tactical work
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to drive alignment, set expectations and drive to success
  • Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation
  • Excellent organizational skills and can manage across teams, projects and priorities while championing a culture of trust through feedback, communication, and transparency

This role will be remote, and based in the United States.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $109,280 - $136,600.

  • Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $115,760 - $144,700.

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $128,560 - $160,700.

  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
