About the job

This role is a cross-functional team player responsible for architecting and managing the data, systems, and processes to increase the effectiveness of our B2B and PLG marketing efforts. This person will play a key role in integrating technologies and leading initiatives that improve the performance of our marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own internal tools and processes that support growth marketing initiatives and ensure seamless integration across Marketo, Salesforce, Workato and any other supporting tools required to support these initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integrations across our various systems, including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and product platforms.
  • Ensure data is properly collected and shared across Marketo instances while maintaining best practices around Marketo architecture, data governance and privacy.
  • Implement and administer marketing technologies using best practices that primarily focus on demand creation and capture.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Inflection.io, Customer.io, and other relevant tools.
  • Build strong working relationships with marketing and cross functional stakeholders.

Required:

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience with a deep technical understanding of Marketo.
  • Understanding of typical B2B sales and marketing funnels, definitions, and processes.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills to identify and address issues impacting integrations and data flows across the MarTech stacks.
  • Experience with Marketo to Salesforce custom integrations and API webhooks.
  • Experience across marketing tech stack including: Marketo, CRM (Salesforce preferred), CDP (Segment preferred), 6sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience navigating complex organizations to generate buy-in for ideas.

Desired:

  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • Experience with automation tools such as Workato
  • Understanding of B2B Product-led growth (PLG) marketing

Location

This role will be remote based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in British Columbia.: $88,900 - $111,100 CAD.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
