About the job
Twilio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Solutions & Insights Team within GTM Strategy & Operations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing revenue operations processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance revenue operations efficiency
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, pricing optimization, and overall business performance improvement
- KPI Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to track and report on revenue metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights, making information accessible and actionable for a diverse audience
- Modeling and Forecasting: Build and maintain predictive models to support revenue forecasting, helping the organization make informed strategic decisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement in data analysis capabilities

*Required:
- Fluency in English - please provide CV in English; all interviews will be conducted in English
- 3+ years relevant experience in FP&A, biz ops, revenue strategy, strategy consulting, and/or operations
- Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
- Telecommunications or Management Consulting experience a plus
- Experience with dbt, revenue forecasting and predictive modeling
Location
- This role will be remote, and based in Colombia.
Travel
