The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.

We're looking for an experienced account-based marketer to join our Revenue Marketing team. As an account-based marketing manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated ABM campaigns for our Strategic Enterprise segment in North America. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across marketing and sales to hit revenue goals and drive account engagement within our highest-priority accounts.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Own and build the account-based marketing strategy to drive new business and expansion growth in our Strategic accounts through 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs
  • Plan and execute full-funnel ABM campaigns, leveraging a variety of channels including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, in-product, events, webinars, etc.
  • Partner closely with Sales leaders to develop the right target account strategy and account lists
  • Work hand-in-hand with AEs and account teams to craft highly tailored programs to nurture accounts from prospecting to expansion
  • Leverage data and industry best practices to optimize programs and plays for target accounts
  • Define, measure, and report on key ABM success metrics (e.g. campaign performance, account-level engagement, ROI)
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Creative to create personalized content that engages accounts based on buyer needs, persona, vertical, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to evaluate and implement ABM-related processes, reporting, workflows, tools and technology
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines, and processes

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years of experience focused on account-based or enterprise marketing
  • Strong track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels including webinars, events, email, content, paid media, website, in-product, and more
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, lead cross-functional teams and drive buy-in from sales and marketing leadership
  • Experience working with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo a plus), and ABM tools and technologies (i.e. Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, Engagio)
  • Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

What we’ll offer

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $164,000 - $208,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
