CTL Test Engineer（Shenzhen）

The Test Engineer, under general direction, will implement, analyze and supervise tests for 3D printers, subsystems or products. The test engineer also takes responsibility for test fixture development, product incoming validation. The Test Engineer will collaborate with multi-functional team members and obtain validation plans, test protocols, and test equipment for both new product development, and existing product improvement, and then implement the test at Formlabs China lab. The Test Engineer leverages broad technical experience and analytical skill sets to make decisions based on accurate, statistically significant datasets. The position requires proficiency with risk assessment and root cause analysis methods, data analytics and statistics, agile project management, and an understanding of thermo-forming and electro-mechanical devices and systems. Comfort working in a highly dynamic and collaborative work environment is a must.
