We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team and elevate how we attract senior leaders across the company. In this role, you’ll work directly with our founder and executives to bring in top-tier leadership talent to help us scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring executives to define hiring needs and design tailored recruiting strategies for critical leadership roles across all business functions.
• Drive full-cycle executive searches: from research, sourcing, and outreach to interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring every executive candidate feels valued and engaged.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of executive-level talent for future leadership needs, with an emphasis on diverse and global candidates.
• Manage relationships with search firms strategically when needed, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Contribute to the growth and maturity of Formlabs’ overall recruiting strategy, bringing in best practices for executive search and leadership assessment.

About You:

• Have experience running executive searches in-house or at a top-tier search firm, with a track record of successfully placing senior leadership roles (VP, SVP, C-level).
• Experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Are an exceptional relationship-builder who can influence and partner with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Bring expertise in research and creative sourcing strategies for executive and hard-to-reach talent.
• Possess strong communication and assessment skills, with the ability to represent Formlabs’ mission and culture to high-profile candidates.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, scaling environment where priorities shift and urgency matters.
• Use data and insights to inform search strategies and to guide decision-making.
• Naturally maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in sensitive conversations.
• Passion for the coolest 3D printing technology out there!

Bonus Skills:

• International executive recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and frameworks.
