Our mission is to revolutionize the education sector through our cutting-edge generative AI education platform. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Operations Manager to support our growing team in Hong Kong.
Position:
As the Onsite Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our Hong Kong office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various domains including HR, finance, executive assistance, personal assistance, and logistics support. You will play a key role in creating a productive and positive work environment, enabling our team to focus on delivering groundbreaking solutions in education technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR records, and manage employee benefits and payroll.
  • Finance:
  • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
  • Work with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Executive Assistance:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executive team members.
  • Personal Assistance:
  • Assist executives with personal tasks as needed to ensure they can focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage calendars and set up reminders for important tasks and deadlines.
  • Logistics Support:
  • Oversee office management, including supplies procurement, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a start-up or tech environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and financial regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
