Role Overview:
This position will lead the engineering efforts to develop and maintain scalable, disciplined, and reliable infrastructure for sales operations (SalesOps) and developer operations (DevOps). The role is critical to ensuring the company’s technology stack supports efficient business scaling, AI infrastructure optimization, and data processing at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Scalable Infrastructure: As Lirvana Labs expands to 350+ schools globally in the next 24 months, this role will ensure robust systems for handling increased data volumes, secure AI model deployment, and seamless integration of SalesOps tools to support business scaling.
- Streamlining Processes: The Engineering Manager will optimize internal systems for CRM, customer onboarding, and contract management, ensuring smoother workflows for the business development and servicing teams.
- Data and AI Reliability: With the platform relying on real-time analytics and adaptive AI-driven insights, this role ensures consistent performance, minimizing downtime and enhancing system resilience.
- Cost Efficiency: By integrating efficient DevOps practices, the company can reduce infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Projected Impact: This role will directly support achieving ARR milestones by providing a reliable backend for customer acquisition and servicing operations, reducing churn, and driving customer satisfaction.
